B.G.7.1 is the first experimental example of Resins Collection. We push resin into new aromatic territories, expanding the beverage glossary of alpine landscapes.
Inspired by the alpine landscapes where black pine stand as the last tree able to support cold and extreme conditions in high altitudes, this experimental drink explores the potential of botanical resins present in local ingredients.
Beyond gin, there is an array of highly valuable distilled beverages that capture the essence of the forest. We want to enrich the aromatic and flavor profile of aromatized distillates by considering a broad spectrum of overlooked botanicals present in our forests.
