2. Purpose
These conditions govern the contracting process and purchase of products offered through the website bguixerstudio.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the sale transactions carried out between Bernat Guixer Mañé and the user/customer.
3. Minimum age
The purchase of products containing alcohol is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age. By placing an order, the customer declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
4. Products and prices
The products offered are beverages and related products. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be detailed during the purchase process before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify prices, products and promotions without prior notice, while always respecting the conditions in force at the time of purchase.
5. Purchase process
The user may select products, add them to the cart and complete the purchase by following the steps indicated on the website. Before final confirmation of the order, the customer may review and correct any errors. The purchase will not be considered complete until we receive payment and confirm the order by email.
6. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- Other electronic methods specified on the website
All payments are processed through secure gateways and data is transmitted encrypted.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped within Spanish territory (mainland and the Balearic Islands). Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are detailed before completing the purchase and may vary depending on quantity and destination.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as food products or alcoholic beverages.
However, if the customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, they must contact info@bguixer.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching photos of the damage. A solution will be offered (replacement or refund).
9. Invoicing
The customer may request an invoice during the purchase process or by writing to info@bguixer.com providing their tax details.
10. Legal warranty
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as established by applicable regulations. In the event of any issue, the customer may contact info@bguixer.com.
11. Data protection
The processing of the customer’s personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website, and is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s domicile or the place of performance of the obligation.
