B.G.1.1 is prototype from the Forestry (Boscatges) Collection. It captures the essence of undergrowth mountain forests by capturing the aroma of an autumn walk through a wet forest.
Boscatges Collection uses the forests imaginary and their ingredients as a base language to develop beverages that contains the essence of a forestry landscape.

B.G.1.1 is the first experimental example of Boscatges Collection. Inspired by high mountain forest undergrowth, moss is its main character. Other botanicals such as black pine needles and juniper complement and enrich the imaginary of an autumn walk through a dense forest.
We use forest as inspiration. Exploring all ingredients that might be suitable for our beverage language. To reshape its value and propose new approaches to interact with it.
This experimental drink explores the potential of local ingredients from our territory.
